POLICIES & FAQ'S

Your appointments are extremely important to me and are reserved and customized specifically for you. I understand that things happen and sometimes schedule adjustments will need to occur. To best serve all guests, cancellation, no show, and all other policies are as follows:

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me to allow ample time to fill the appointment. 

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the scheduled service cost will be due.

 

NO SHOWS

What happens if I miss my appointment and don't contact you to let you know I won't make it? 

When stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, unfortunately, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on. If an appointment is "no-showed", 100% of the scheduled service cost missed will be due. 

 

LATE POLICY 

What if I am late to my appointment?

I will do my best to accommodate, but if you are more than fifteen minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full scheduled service or you may be asked to reschedule. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. My clients are scheduled back to back, which means if I start just one client late, every client after that will be seen late. I completely understand that life happens, but if this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment cost in order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to all guests.

CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE?

Absolutely! If you head to the BOOK NOW page or click any booking button on this site, it will take you directly to my online booking page so you can choose the best date and time for your schedule! 

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHICH SERVICE TO CHOOSE?

My online booking page has services and descriptions to help you out! Still not sure which services are right for you? Don't get discouraged! With so many techniques out there, it's difficult to really know the right one for you. Shoot me a message and I can help you choose the services best for you!

CAN I BRING FAMILY/FRIENDS WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Our waiting area is small and the space we do have is needed for clients with appointments and there is no space at my station for extra seats. In the salon, we work with sharp objects and hot tools that could be dangerous for children. For these reasons, we ask that children and extra guests stay home unless they also have a pre existing appointment. If there is an issue, please reach out to me directly! Thank you for understanding! ​

COLOR ADJUSTMENTS 

At Hair by Brittany Merideth, I strive to provide the highest level of service to all clients. Should you need to return to the salon for a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within 5 days of your original appointment. Contacting me outside of the 5 day time frame for any adjustments will result in full charge of the new services provided. Please note, not achieving desired final results in one session, when we have discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, is not an adjustment.
